Design Thinking Applied Workshop will help you break through your complex business challenges with a systematic approach to uncovering creative insights and new solutions. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Design Thinking using empathy for deeper customer insights, and techniques to apply them during the idea generation phase. As well as learning to create prototypes to ensure they are commercially viable and effective.
